Owner and Marketing Director, Loree Jarrell, served as a Proposal Coordinator at Volkert, Inc., an ENR 2018 Top 100 Civil Design Firm, from 2009 to 2016. She developed proposals and statements of qualifications for federal, state, and local contracts along the Gulf Coast and nationwide. Ms. Jarrell worked closely with senior leadership to launch the firm’s Texas market where they won three $3.0M – 3.5M TxDOT prime contracts within the first ten months of kick-off.
In 2016, she began freelancing and established Disco Dingo, LLC in January 2017. She is experienced with preparing proposals in multiple formats including: SF 330, SF 254-255 (LaDOTD), TxDOT, FDOT, MDOT, and customized layouts. Upon shortlist notification, Ms. Jarrell works closely with project teams to prepare substantive presentations for delivery to the client selection committees. Her greatest satisfaction as a proposal coordinator is winning projects for her clients.
